How to send a card.

From the Card index page, select a category that is suited to the occasion. Click on the link to this category and look for a thumbnail (small pic), that appeals to you.

You can look at as many thumbnails, and categories as you wish, by clicking on them. Then use the back button on your browser to return to previous screen.

When you have made your choice, click on the small radio button found under the thumbnail pic. This will then select your final card image. If you do not select one, a card from the category will be pre-selected for you. Now proceed to fill in the form spaces with the details of the recipient's email, yours, and both names.

You must fill in the email spaces very, very carefully, as this must be exactly the same as original email address, no extra spaces, no illegal characters, etc. Many people make mistakes in the email area and the card is lost. Once a card is lost like this, we are unable to retrieve any of the data.

Now you can write a message in the text area, add a header or music by selecting from the appropriate drop down menus. Both the music files and headers are able to be previewed by clicking on the links, before you make your final choice. Your card is ready for you to click on "send without a preview" if you are confident that all is well. Or you can click on the "preview postcard" to check it, then send it.

To retrieve your greeting card

You should be able to click on the link in the email that came telling you that a card was waiting.

If this is unsuccessful then wait an hour or two, then try again. If still unsuccessful, it means: occasionally the server will go down on your end or mine, just at the critical minute. Sometimes the card can be retrieved the next day, if not then I am very sorry but it means it got lost. It does not happen often, and I apologize as I know how disappointing it is as I put a lot of thought into any card I send.

If the address of the card does not appear as a link, that you can click on from the email, you can copy this info and paste it into your browser, to view the card.

How long is each card stored?

Each card is a unique, "one off" greeting. They are stored on our server for 14 days. It is not possible to extend this time.

How many cards can I send?

You are welcome to send as many cards as you wish, we have no limit. This service is totally free.
